Emily joined Schug Residential in 2014. She likes real estate for its challenges. “Each transaction is unique and presents new, interesting challenges. I enjoy the constantly changing environment.” Emily received her BA in marketing from Portland State University School of Business. In her free time, she loves being outdoors and exploring the Northwest with her husband and daughter. She also plays guitar and is a singer-songwriter.

Michelle began her real estate career in 2000! She joined Schug Residential in 2014 and is grateful to be part of a team. Michelle has lived in the Northwest her whole life and knows Portland Metro well. She enjoys guiding clients through the process of finding the perfect home for them. When she’s not working you might find Michelle at live music festivals; she also travels to see her daughter in Hawaii, and spends time with her family and friends.
Heather joined Schug Residential in 2018. She loves real estate for its diversity, and helping clients navigate the market to find their dream home. As both a licensed broker and client care specialist, she strives to always provide the highest level of professionalism and support. In her free time, Heather enjoys spending time with her partner and their son, traveling, gardening, and raising their two English bulldogs.
Client Care Specialist, Transaction Coordinator
Elisha grew up in the Northwest and loves Portland for its diversity and scenery. “It’s absolutely breathtaking in the springtime!” She’s been working in real estate since 2014 and appreciates being part of a team that makes clients' dreams come true. Elisha spends much of her time with her two sons. She competes with the American Poolplayers Association and enjoys entertaining with family and friends.
